The Retail Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye is an A5-graded Kagoshima ribeye steak sourced from Japanese Black cattle in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. It is available as two 8 oz steaks cut to ½-inch thickness or one 16 oz steak cut to 1-inch thickness.
