This bundle includes Royal Ossetra caviar, Kaluga Hybrid Reserve caviar, French cocktail blinis and one pot of crème fraîche.

The smaller option includes one 50g tin of each caviar and one 16-piece blini box. The larger option includes one 100g tin of each caviar and two 16-piece blini boxes, for 32 blinis total.

Royal Ossetra has firm pearls and nutty brine; Kaluga has a milder flavor. Serve on separate blinis with a little crème fraîche for a shared tasting.

Each blini box weighs 2.82oz. Crème fraîche is supplied as 7.5oz Bellwether Farms or 8oz Vermont Creamery, depending on availability. Blinis contain wheat, milk and eggs; caviar contains fish and crème fraîche contains milk. Follow the labels for storage and use-by instructions.
