Every Starter Kit includes your selected tin or tins of caviar, a mother-of-pearl caviar spoon, a caviar tin opener and a velvet bag.

Single-variety options contain one 30g or 50g tin. Two-variety options contain one tin of each caviar in matching 30g, 50g or 100g sizes, for 60g, 100g or 200g total.

Royal Ossetra is the bolder choice, with a briny, oceanic flavor. Kaluga Hybrid Reserve is milder and more balanced. Choose both to compare them side by side.
