When will my order be charged and shipped?

We aim to ship each order within 1-2 working days after the order is placed.
Any order placed Monday to Thursday before 2:00 pm (Pacific Time) will be shipped on the same day and will be delivered the next day in the morning.
Any order placed on Friday before 2:00 pm (Pacific Time) will be shipped on the same day and will be delivered on Saturday in the morning as long as the customer verifies that is able to receive the package on a Saturday and the courier service can deliver on the specific location on Saturday.
Outside these cutoff times and conditions, the order will be shipped the next working day.
Overnight shipping refers to the service provided from the courier to deliver the day after the package is shipped out from our facilities in order to ensure that the caviar is kept to the optimum temperature conditions throughout the delivery process and is irrespective of the time the order is placed.

 

What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24 hours and we will ship a new order to you.
